In March 2013 Saad joined Keller Canada as a supervisor. His passion for mentoring and teaching made him well respected within and outside of Keller Canada and assisted in the growth of the company. With Keller Canada, Saad gained a great deal of experience with segmental casings and associated tools and was able to select the correct tools for the subsurface conditions to allow for maximum efficiency.

In September 2021, Saad joined FDS as a Regional Manager. With his deep understanding of the needs and requirements of foundation projects, Saad brings FDS service to another level.

With years of experience in the field, Matt is committed to joining the team at FDS and contributing to a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

… investment banks, IT consulting and technology start-ups, Fernando developed expertise in accounting, financial planning, and controlling. In 2018 Fernando relocated to Canada to become a CPA.

Fernando joined FDS in 2019 very shortly after the company was formed. AT FDS Fernando is responsible for the financial management of accounts payable/receivable, treasury, budget planning, payroll, controlling, accounting/Tax. Hands-on is one of his main features in supporting the sustainable growth of FDS.

… world planning and executing heavy lift projects using some of the world’s largest cranes on-shore and off-shore. Offshore Denmark is where Paul worked on his first piling project, driving piles for offshore oil rigs.

In 2011 Paul started the foundation equipment business for Liebherr Canada and build a succesful rental fleet of drill rigs assisting foundation contractors on some of the most challenging projects throughout Canada. Paul is one of the founding partners of FDS and his extensive equipment knowledge and rental business expertise are a great foundation to support FDS customers with their tooling and equipment requirements throughout North America.

… Netherlands. Lars established the newly formed company and built it into a substantial business. Given the success of Bauer Netherlands Lars got tasked with setting up a subsidiary for Bauer Construction in Canada where he launched from scratch a strong subsidiary for Bauer in less than two years. After 12 years working for Bauer Construction Lars left the company and joined Laing O Rourke in the UK where he was running Expanded Geotechnical for the following 3 years.

His expertise in leading and growing foundations businesses was requested in 2013 by Aecon in Canada. Here he started Aecon Foundations and put Aecon as a foundation contractor on the map. In 2019 Lars founded his own company FDS Foundation Drilling Services together with his partners.
