Accounting and ERP Coordinator

This is a key role in a small, agile team where your contributions will be visible, valued, and impactful. You'll work at the intersection of accounting, digital tools, and operational workflows in the foundation drilling industry.You’ll help connect finance, field operations, and technology by supporting ERP processes,
improving workflows, and ensuring accurate data across our systems. Your work will directly impact efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction as we continue to grow across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with financial data entry, invoicing, and reconciliation within ERP systems
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of ERP and rental platforms
- Collaborate with operations and IT to align system workflows with business needs
- Help maintain accurate inventory and equipment data
- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements in accounting and operational processes
- Train team members on ERP functions and provide day-to-day system support
- Prepare reports and assist with data analysis for better decision-making
Qualifications & Skills:
Hard Skills:
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, inspHire, DynaRent) preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting or financial principlesExperience with Excel and digital tools for data handling
- Background in accounting, finance, or operations through work or study
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Tech-savvy with a passion for process improvement
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with a small team
