Accounting and ERP Coordinator

This is a key role in a small, agile team where your contributions will be visible, valued, and impactful. You'll work at the intersection of accounting, digital tools, and operational workflows in the foundation drilling industry.You’ll help connect finance, field operations, and technology by supporting ERP processes,
improving workflows, and ensuring accurate data across our systems. Your work will directly impact efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction as we continue to grow across North America.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with financial data entry, invoicing, and reconciliation within ERP systems
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of ERP and rental platforms
- Collaborate with operations and IT to align system workflows with business needs
- Help maintain accurate inventory and equipment data
- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements in accounting and operational processes
- Train team members on ERP functions and provide day-to-day system support
- Prepare reports and assist with data analysis for better decision-making

Qualifications & Skills:
Hard Skills:
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, inspHire, DynaRent) preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting or financial principlesExperience with Excel and digital tools for data handling
- Background in accounting, finance, or operations through work or study
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Tech-savvy with a passion for process improvement
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with a small team

In this role, you’ll work directly with our Regional Manager (USA) to develop our presence, support our customers, and strengthen our operations across the country.

We’re growing, and our Canadian workshop is at the heart of that success. We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator who will take ownership of workshop operations, quality standards, and

team development at our Oro-Medonte facility, in Ontario.

In this role, you’ll oversee the daily workflow of our workshop —

ensuring that tools and equipment are maintained, repaired, and ready for our customers’ projects on time and to the highest standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with operational structure — someone who wants to build processes, train people, and grow a high-

performing team.
